Mu’adh ibn Jabal reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If I were to order anyone to prostrate to another, I would have ordered the wife to prostrate to her husband due to the enormity of his rights over her. A woman will not taste the sweetness of faith until she fulfills the rights of her husband, even if he were to call for her while she is upon a camel’s saddle.”
معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر میں کسی کو کسی دوسرے کو سجدہ کرنے کا حکم دیتا تو بیوی کو حکم دیتا کہ وہ اپنے شوہر کو سجدہ کرے۔ اس پر حقوق عورت اس وقت تک ایمان کی مٹھاس کا مزہ نہیں چکھ سکتی جب تک کہ وہ اپنے شوہر کے حقوق ادا نہ کرے، چاہے وہ اسے اونٹ کی زین پر ہی کیوں نہ بلائے”۔
