Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No good deeds can be done at a time better than these first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.” It was said, “Not even jihad in the way of Allah?” The Prophet said, “Not even jihad in the way of Allah.”
عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ” ذوالحجہ کے پہلے دس دنوں سے بہتر کوئی عمل نہیں ہو سکتا۔ عرض کیا گیا کہ اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد بھی نہیں کیا؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد بھی نہیں۔
