Al-Bukhari reported: Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “Set out with the world at your back and the Hereafter at your front. Each of them both has their children. Be children of the Hereafter and not children of the world, for today is for action and not reckoning, while tomorrow is for reckoning and not action.”
بخاری نے روایت کیا ہے کہ علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: دنیا کو اپنی پیٹھ پر اور آخرت کو آگے لے کر چلو۔ ان میں سے ہر ایک کے اپنے بچے ہیں۔ آخرت کے بچے بنو دنیا کے بچے نہیں کیونکہ آج کا دن عمل کے لیے ہے نہ کہ حساب کے لیے اور آنے والا کل حساب کے لیے ہے عمل کے لیے نہیں۔
