Fadalah ibn ‘Ubayd reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah listens more intently to a man reciting the Quran aloud in a beautiful voice than an employer of singers listens to his singers.”

فضالہ بن عبید رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ خوش الحان شخص کا قرآن اس سے زیادہ متوجہ ہو کر سنتا ہے جتنا کہ گانا سننے والا اپنی توجہ گانے والی کی طرف لگاتا ہے ۔
